My name is Adrian McKerracher. I’m a Relational Psychotherapist interested in helping you explore your creative potential. Moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you, we’ll explore what hurts and what heals. We’ll check in along the way to make sure we are working with what matters most to you. Some questions we might explore are:

· What would you do if you felt loved and loveable?
· What happens when you let go?
· What is your pain?
· What is your hope?
I’m open to many different ways of exploring the basic and essential question: how do you find the meaningfulness of everyday life?
